By using, registering, or creating an account with FrugalFlyer.ca (the “Site”), participating in our FlyerFunds rebate program, using our ITIN Service, or any other services (the “Services“) owned wholly or in part by Frugal Flyer Inc. (the “Company”), you (“you”, “your” or the “participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms“).
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the Terms. If you do not agree with all the Terms, please discontinue the use of the Site, ITIN Service, participation in our FlyerFunds rebate program and the use of any other services provided by the Company.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and the Company as a result of these Terms or your access to and use of the Services.
