Account Features

The TD Borderless Plan account offers unlimited monthly banking transactions.

Account holders will receive a $39 USD annual fee rebate for a TD U.S. Dollar Visa credit card, and can also access U.S. bank drafts and basic cheques at no additional cost.

TD Borderless Plan customers will receive preferred foreign exchange rates on US Dollars and competitive rates when converting to over 50 foreign currencies.

Monthly Fees

The TD Borderless Plan account has a monthly fee of $4.95 USD, which is waived if you hold a minimum balance of $3,000 USD in your account at all times.
