Rewards Rates

Neo Financial cardholders can earn an average of 4% cash back at retailers across Canada. Cardholders are also eligible to receive up to 15% cash back on their first purchase at specific partners.

Log into the Neo Financial app to review all of the retailer partners, including their cash back earning rates.

Neo Cashback Guarantee: At the end of the month if the cash back earned on all purchases is less than 1%, Neo will supplement the cashback earned and top up the cardholder’s account to 1% cash back. As a result, the Neo Financial MasterCard has a base earning rate of 1% cash back on all purchases.

Redeeming Cash Back

Cash back rewards earned from the Neo Financial credit card can be redeemed instantly at any time. They will show as a statement credit on your Neo Financial card.

    Are we ever going to get our rebate for signing up for this card? It’s been 2 months.

    If not, please let me know so I can stop bothering your team.

    • Yes you will, we are working on it. The issue is on Neo’s side which is why GCR is facing the same problem and having some issues with payout as well.

  2. I’m trying to sign up, it says phone already belongs to a customer, this is my phone, I doubt anybody else used it.
