The BMO VIPorter Mastercard offers benefits including VIPorter Passport membership and the opportunity to earn an annual 35% base fare discount voucher through spending.
Rewards Rates
The BMO VIPorter Mastercard earns VIPorter Points for all purchases made on the card:
- 2 VIPorter points for every dollar spent on Porter purchases (on up to $10,000 spent per calendar year).
- 1 VIPorter point for every dollar spent on gas and transportation purchases (on up to $3,000 spent per calendar year).
- 1 VIPorter point for every dollar spent on groceries and dining purchases (on up to $5,000 spent per calendar year).
- 1 VIPorter point for every dollar spent on hotel accommodation purchases (on up to $3,000 spent per calendar year).
- 0.5 VIPorter points for every dollar spent everywhere else.
Once the spending threshold for a specific category is reached in a calendar year, all other spending in that category will earn 0.5 VIPorter points per dollar spent.
Redeeming VIPorter Points
VIPorter points can be redeemed for flights on Porter Airlines and select partner airlines. Porter Airlines flight awards are dynamically priced, and redeeming VIPorter points only cover the base fare portion of the ticket, so the passenger will still need to pay applicable taxes and fees.
