Rewards Rates
The TD First Class Travel® Visa Infinite* Card earns TD Rewards points for all purchases made on the card:
- 8 TD Rewards points for every dollar spent on purchases at Expedia® For TD†
- 6 TD Rewards points for every dollar spent on groceries, dining, and public transit†
- 4 TD Rewards points for every dollar spent on recurring bill payments and streaming, digital gaming & media†
- 2 TD Rewards points for every dollar spent on all other purchases.
There is an annual spending cap of $25,000 for the grocery, dining, public transit, recurring bill payment, streaming, digital gaming, and media categories.
Once the spending cap is met for any of these categories, all future purchases in these categories will earn the standard 2 TD Rewards Points per dollar spent for the remainder of the annual period.
Redeeming TD Rewards Points
TD Rewards points can be redeemed on travel bookings made on Expedia for TD at a rate of 0.5 cents per point or redeemed towards “Book Any Way” travel purchases at a rate of 0.4 cents per point. These are the best redemption options if you are interested in maximizing the value of your TD Rewards points.
TD Rewards points can also be used to purchase merchandise and gift cards or redeemed for a statement credit or education credit.

$100 Expedia For TD Credit
TD First Class Travel® Visa Infinite* cardholders will receive an annual TD Travel Credit† of $100 when booking at Expedia® For TD. Cardholders will need to make a single eligible purchase of $500 or more on Expedia For TD to receive the credit as a statement credit.
TD Rewards Birthday Bonus
TD First Class Travel® Visa Infinite* cardholders will receive 10% of their TD Rewards points earned over the past 12 months on their birthday, up to a maximum of 10,000 TD Rewards points.
Four Airport Lounge Visits
TD First Class Travel® Visa Infinite* cardholders will receive four complimentary airport lounge visits per membership year via the Visa Airport Companion Program. These airport lounge passes can be used at over 1,200 airport lounges worldwide.
600 Starbucks Stars
Starbucks Rewards members can link their TD First Class Travel® Visa Infinite* Card to earn 600 Starbucks Stars and redeem them for free Starbucks items.†
Insurance Coverage
The TD First Class Travel® Visa Infinite* Card offers several types of insurance coverage:
- Travel medical insurance: $2,000,000 for an insured person under 65 for the first 21 consecutive days of out-of-province travel; 4 days if over age 65
- Trip cancellation insurance: $1,500 per person, up to $5,000 for insured persons on the same trip
- Trip interruption insurance: $5,000 per person, up to $25,000 for insured persons on the same trip
- Flight and trip delay insurance: $500 in coverage per insured person if your flight/trip is delayed for over 4 hours
- Delayed and lost baggage insurance: $1,000 overall coverage per insured person for essential purchases when baggage is delayed for 6 hours or more
- Common carrier travel accident insurance: Up to $500,000 of coverage for covered losses while traveling on a common carrier
- Rental car collision and loss damage coverage: Comprehensive coverage for cars up to $65,000 MSRP
- Hotel and motel burglary insurance: Up to $2,500 coverage per occurrence for eligible personal stolen items
- Purchase security: Coverage for accidental physical damage or theft for 120 days from the date of purchase
- Extended warranty protection: Extend the manufacturer’s original warranty up to one additional year
- Mobile device insurance: $1,000 coverage for theft, loss, or accidental damage to your mobile device
