Accor Live Limitless is a lesser-known loyalty program in Canada, as only 27 hotels participate in it within our borders. Just because it’s not prevalent doesn’t mean it’s irrelevant, as the program is easy to use and can be pretty rewarding.
Accor Live Limitless, or ALL for short, is home to famous brands like Fairmont, Raffles, and Orient Express. Worldwide Accor Live Limitless has 5,500+ properties, so you’ll likely end up at a participating ALL property at some point!
Acquiring Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Points
There is no shortage of ways to earn points in the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
Stay at Accor Live Limitless Properties
As ALL has over 5,500 properties in its portfolio, it also has many brand differentiators, 45 different brands to be exact! The ALL website lists the official number as 45+, so perplexingly, they want to add to this monstrous total.
The brands are broken up into the following categories:
Luxury | Lifestyle by Ennismore | Premium | Midscale | Economy |

Raffles | 21C | Mantis | Handwritten Collection | Breakfree |

When staying at most Accor hotels, you’ll earn 25 Reward Points for every 10 Euros spent. You’ll earn fewer points per 10 Euros at lower-tier properties, as listed below. Each point is worth a fixed amount of 2 Euro cents, so you’ll receive a rebate of ~7.5% CAD on the high end and ~1.5% CAD on the low end without status.
As you acquire higher status, you’ll earn more points per 10 Euros, but we’ll cover that in the Elite Status section later on.
A few Frugal Flyer team members have previously enjoyed staying with the Accor family of properties, including at the notable Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. You can see all the reviews of those stays here.
Transfer Capital One Miles or Citi ThankYou Rewards Points
Transferring points from Capital One Miles (USA) or Citi ThankYou Rewards won’t be the best value for your bank points. Other airline transfer partners have more potential for outsized value, but this could be the best way to reduce the cost of a hotel if you’ve got an Accor property on your radar.
The transfer ratio from either bank is not great, making math necessary before transferring points. Transferring 1 Citi or Capital One point will translate to 0.5 ALL Rewards points.
Interestingly, both banks offer the ability to “erase” purchases as a statement credit with your points at 1 cent per point. Because Accor Rewards points are a fixed value of 2 Euro cents each, it’s almost the same value if you transfer points or simply redeem bank points to erase an Accor charge.
Transferring your points to Accor could become interesting if you need to keep expiring points alive or if there’s a transfer bonus. Citi had a 50% transfer bonus to Accor in 2024, which meant 1,000 Citi points became 750 Accor points, or essentially a value of 2 cents CAD per Citi ThankYou point.
Accor Shopping Portal (ALL Collections)
Unfortunately, Canadians won’t find this shopping portal particularly helpful as it only applies to shipping addresses in Australia, France, the UK, the UAE, and the USA. But this could be an excellent opportunity to generate activity in your account to avoid points expiry if you don’t stay at an Accor property every year.
You would need to buy something inexpensive through ALL Collections and ship it to a friend or relative in the USA or to a hotel in the USA where you plan to stay soon.
Rental Car Partners
Accor has partnered with Europcar, Hertz, and Sixt to award Accor points instead of earning rental car loyalty points. Earning 3 Rewards points with Hertz and Europcar is a nice return, as it means a 9% CAD rebate on your whole rental as long as you redeem your Accor points before they expire.
Link Your Air France/KLM Flying Blue Account
If you link your Air France/KLM Flying Blue account and ALL accounts (which can be done here), you’ll earn an additional Flying Blue mile on top of the ALL Rewards Points you would earn from a stay.
You’ll also earn 1 ALL Reward point for every 2 Euros you spend on Air France/KLM eligible flights. It’s unclear if Award Flights are included in this promotion, but services like seat selection and baggage fees are included to earn 1 ALL Reward point for every 2 Euros spent.
Limitless Dining
Limited information exists about Limitless Dining in North America, but the idea is that you’ll earn 1 Reward point for every 1 Euro (~1.50 CAD) spent at eligible restaurants. This is a nice extra earning, essentially a 2% bonus rebate on your bar or dinner bill.
Eligible restaurants are not listed, but we assume this is any bar or restaurant located in or operated by an Accor property. To earn rewards, simply inform your server you’re a member of the ALL program, and they will give you a form to fill out your membership details.
Rewards will be posted within seven days of your visit, and the minimum purchase is 1 Euro. If your local Accor property participates in Limitless Dining, this could be an easy way to keep your points alive.
Occasionally, Limitless Dining will offer double points on transactions.
Limitless Golf
Similar to Limitless Dining, you can also earn ALL points on your golfing fees. Lucky for Canadians, five of the six participating courses in North America are North of the Border!
Limitless Spa
Like Limitless Golf and Dining, you can earn 1 Reward point per Euro spent on your spa bill.
The list is more expansive for North American spas and includes the following properties:
- Fairmont Kea Lani
- Fairmont Empress (Victoria)
- Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello
- Fairmont Banff Springs
- Fairmont Orchid
- Fairmont Austin
- Fairmont Century Plaza (Los Angeles)
- Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge
- Fairmont Grand Del Mar
Redeeming Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Points
Stay at Accor Live Limitless Properties
When staying at an Accor property, you can ask the reception desk to apply your points to your outstanding bill at checkout. The nice thing about ALL is that they allow partial redemptions, so if you only have 1,000 points in your account, you can redeem them for 20 Euros off your bill.
The redemption schedule is a bit odd, though. While you only need 1,000 points to redeem, Accor only allows redemptions in multiples of 2,000. So, if you have 5,400 points, you can only redeem 1,000, 2,000, or 4,000 on one bill.
Normally, this kind of partial redemption at hotel chains is extremely poor value, but with Accor’s fixed redemption schedule, it doesn’t matter how many points you redeem. Not all hotels participate in Accor point redemption, and it’s not easy to find out if your hotel is eligible. For best results, call or email ahead to avoid unwanted surprises.
Transfer to Airline Frequent Flyer Programs
If you don’t have immediate plans to stay at an Accor property and would rather not bother with shopping portals or dining programs to keep your points alive, you can transfer to a whopping 31 airlines.
Unlike most hotel programs that offer extremely poor value when transferring to airlines, Accor offers 1:1 transfer ratios to FlyingBlue, Iberia Avios, and Qantas. Below are the most prevalent airlines with loyalty programs accessible through North American financial institutions.
Airline Transfer Partner | Transfer Ratio |
---|---|
Air Canada Aeroplan | 4,000 Reward Points to 2,000 Aeroplan Points |
Avianca LifeMiles | 4,000 Reward Points to 2,000 LifeMiles |
British Airways Executive Club | 4,000 Reward Points to 2,000 Avios |
Cathay Pacific Asia Miles | 4,000 Reward Points to 2,000 Asia Miles |
Delta SkyMiles | 4,000 Reward Points to 2,000 SkyMiles |
Emirates Skywards | 4,000 Reward Points to 2,000 Skywards Miles |
Etihad Guest | 4,000 Reward Points to 2,000 Etihad Guest Miles |
Air France/KLM Flying Blue | 2,000 Reward Points to 2,000 Flying Blue Miles |
Iberia Plus | 3,000 Reward Points to 3,000 Iberia Avios |
Qantas Frequent Flyer | 2,000 Reward Points to 2,000 Qantas Points |
Qatar Airways Privilege Club | 2,000 Reward Points to 1,000 Qatar Avios |
Turkish Miles and Smiles | 4,000 Reward Points to 2,000 Miles and Smiles |
United Mileage Plus | 2,000 Reward Points to 1,000 Mileage Plus |
Remember that Avios can be transferred between one another, so there’s no reason to transfer points directly to British Airways when you can send them 1:1 to Iberia, and then transfer them to British Airways or Qatar to redeem for flights.
Accor Limitless Experiences
Similar to Marriott Bonvoy Moments, you can redeem your Accor points for tickets to events or bid on special experiences.
Most available experiences occur in Europe, Northern Africa, and Australia, so they won’t be relevant to many North Americans. But they can occasionally provide slightly higher than 2 Euro cents per point.
Accor Live Limitless (ALL) Elite Status
Accor status is based on dollars spent or nights stayed at Accor hotels, but in reality, most members achieve status through spending at Accor properties. Status points are accrued at a set rate per 10 Euro spent, with varying rates depending on the hotel brand that is being stayed at combined with the Accor elite status level.
There are five status levels that can be earned by members:
- Accor Live Limitless Classic Status: Default member status
- Accor Live Limitless Silver Status: Granted after staying 20 nights or earning 2,000 status points
- Accor Live Limitless Gold Status: Granted after staying 30 nights or earning 7,000 status points
- Accor Live Limitless Platinum Status: Granted after staying 60 nights or earning 14,000 status points
- Accor Live Limitless Diamond Status: Granted after earning 26,000 status points
There are a few easy tricks to acquire Gold status without spending 2,800 Euros. You can read about those in our in-depth article on how to easily earn Accor Gold status.
The benefits of holding elite status within the ALL loyalty program are less rewarding than North American hotel loyalty programs such as Marriott Bonvoy and Hilton Honors.
For example, complimentary breakfast is only offered every day in the Asia Pacific region and only for Platinum members (meaning you would need to spend 5,600 Euros in a calendar year). On the flip side, Marriott Elites enjoy complimentary breakfast at most properties just by holding the right credit card.
Similarly, executive lounge access is only available to Platinum members in the Accor program, which is much harder to earn than Marriott Platinum status which offers the same benefit.
Earning more points on your stays is the most rewarding part of earning elite status with Accor. If you follow our guide to easy gold status, you’ll earn ~11% CAD back in value for staying with Accor’s non-budget hotels.
This is lower than what Marriott and Hilton offer for their Gold members, but considering that Accor’s points are fixed at 2 Euro cents in value, it’s arguably better than flexible points, which take an art to redeem.
