Earn An Annual $99 Companion Fare
Bank of America Atmos Rewards Ascent Visa Signature cardholders can receive an annual $99 companion fare each account anniversary after spending $6,000 or more within the prior anniversary year.
This companion fare, which allows cardholders to book a companion flight starting from $99 USD (plus taxes and fees from $23). This means that you will pay full price for your flight and the reduced cost for your companion who is booked on one itinerary.

How often you can close and reapply for this card? The MBNA in Canada was really lenient and let you reapply in 4 months without a question.
The terms state 24 months but I haven’t tried yet. Would be curious for a datapoint for sure.
Annual fee has changed to $95 USD and accounts have to be opened in person or by calling in.
Thanks Hoinam. It looks like there is a $100 statement credit as well. Also to my knowledge your first account with BoA always had to be opened in person.
