Chase Marriott Bonvoy Boundless cardholders receive a free night award upon card anniversary. The Marriott Bonvoy free night award can be redeemed for one night stay at a property and is worth up to 35,000 Bonvoy points.
Upon approval, and again at the start of every calendar year, cardholders will receive 15 elite nights which can put you on the fast track to Marriott Platinum status. These nights are credited to the linked Marriott Bonvoy account and count towards earning yearly Bonvoy elite status in addition to working towards Marriott Bonvoy lifetime status.
Upon spending $35,000 USD during a calendar year, the cardholder will receive automatic Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite status through December 31 of the following year.

If I applied, am I able to link to other person’s Marriott number so she can get the bonus points instead of me ?

I actually did this once with Amex Canada and it did work, but I have also heard it can cause issues for people before as well. It would definitely be recommended to have a unique bonvoy number per individual. Also note, as described here, that you can transfer up to 100,000 points per year to another account.
