Earning More Rewards Points
The More Rewards RBC Visa card earns More Rewards points for all purchases made on the card:
- 5 More Rewards points for every dollar spent at More Rewards partner locations including Save-On-Foods, Quality Foods, Buy-Low Foods, PriceSmart Foods, Urban Fare, Nester Market, and Pure Pharmacy.
- 5 More Rewards points for every dollar spent on gas, EV charging, and dining purchases.
- 3 More Rewards points for every dollar spent on all other eligible purchases.
Redeeming More Rewards Points
More Rewards points can be redeemed towards travel, groceries, gift cards, vouchers, and sports tickets.
The best redemption option is to use your More Rewards points towards travel bookings, as you will receive the maximum value of 0.43 cents per point. Travel can be booked through the More Rewards Travel portal (powered by Expedia) and customers can redeem their points for flights, hotels, rental cars, vacation packages, and more.
Insurance Coverage
The More Rewards RBC Visa card offers several insurance coverages:
- Purchase security: Coverage for accidental physical damage or theft for 90 days from the date of purchase ($50,000/year maximum)
- Extended warranty insurance: Extend the manufacturer’s original warranty up to one additional year
- Mobile device insurance: 2 years of $1,000 in coverage for theft, loss, or accidental damage to your mobile device

You will be eligible to receive 30,000 welcome More Rewards points upon your first purchase (“Welcome Points”).
