Earning Cash Back
The Scotia Momentum Visa Infinite+ Card earns cash back for all eligible purchases made on the card:
- 4% cash back on grocery store purchases, recurring bill payments, and subscription purchases (up to $25,000 in purchases per cardholder year).
- 2% cash back on eligible gas purchases, daily transit purchases, and food delivery purchases (up to $25,000 in purchases per cardholder year).
- 1% cash back on all other eligible everyday purchases.
Once the cash back bonus rate thresholds stated above are met, all future purchases will award 1% cash back for the remainder of the cardholder year.
Redeeming Cash Back
Cash back earned on the Scotia Momentum Visa Infinite+ Card can be redeemed at any time, provided the cardholder is redeeming a minimum of $25 in cash back.

Insurance Coverage
The Scotia Momentum Visa Infinite+ Card provides cardholders with the following coverages:
- Travel emergency medical insurance: $1,000,000 per person per trip (up to 15 days for cardholders under age 65)
- Trip cancellation insurance: $1,500 per person, up to $10,000 per trip
- Trip interruption insurance: $2,000 per person, up to $10,000 per trip
- Flight delay insurance: $500 coverage per person for reasonable purchases when delayed or missed connection for 4 hours or more
- Delayed and lost luggage insurance: $500 total coverage per trip
- Travel accident insurance: $500,000 of accidental death and dismemberment coverage
- Rental car collision loss and damage coverage: Comprehensive coverage for cars up to $65,000 MSRP
- Mobile device insurance: $1,000 coverage for theft, loss, or accidental damage to your mobile device
- Purchase security: Coverage for accidental physical damage or theft for 90 days from the date of purchase (Maximum lifetime limit of $60,000)
- Extended warranty protection: Extend the manufacturer’s original warranty up to one additional year
