Earning Cash Back

The CIBC Dividend Visa Infinite credit card earns cash back for all purchases made on the card:

  • 4% cash back on eligible gas, electric vehicle charging, and grocery purchases.
  • 2% cash back on eligible transportation, dining, recurring payments, and eligible travel purchases made through CIBC by Expedia.
  • 1% cash back on all other eligible purchases.

Redeeming Cash Back

Once your cash back balance reaches $10 or more, you can easily redeem it through CIBC Online Banking® or CIBC Mobile Banking® App. There is no limit to the amount of cash back that can be earned.
