Earning Hilton Honors Points
The American Express Hilton Honors Business Card earns Hilton Honors points for all purchases made on the card:
- 12 Hilton Honors points for every dollar spent on purchases at hotels and resorts within the Hilton portfolio.
- 5 Hilton Honors points for every dollar spent on all other purchases up to $100,000 USD per calendar year.
- 3 Hilton Honors points for every dollar spent on all other purchases made once the $100,000 USD limit is reached in a calendar year.
Redeeming Hilton Honors Points
Hilton Honors points can be redeemed for stays at over 9,000 Hilton hotels, including luxury brands such as the Waldorf Astoria and the Conrad. The nightly point cost varies based on the hotel or resort, with the more aspirational and luxury properties costing upwards of 200,000+ Hilton Honors points per night.
Hilton Honors members with at least Silver Elite status will receive the fifth night free on Hilton Honors points booking, which means making a five-night stay entirely on points is the best way to get the most value from your Hilton Honors points.
Benefits
Hilton Honors Gold Elite Status
American Express Hilton Honors Business cardholders will instantly receive Hilton Honors Gold Elite status. This status will persist for as long as you hold the Hilton Honors Business card. This means that you will receive a free daily breakfast for two on all eligible stays, which is the biggest perk of Hilton Gold status.
If the cardholder spends $40,000 USD in a calendar year, Hilton Honors Diamond Elite status will be granted through the end of the following calendar year.
Quarterly $60 Hilton Credit
Cardholders will also receive up to a quarterly $60 USD statement credit upon making an eligible charge at a Hilton Honors property, up to $240 per calendar year.
National Car Rental Emerald Club Executive Status
American Express Hilton Honors Business cardholders will also receive complimentary National Car Rental Emerald Club Executive status. Cardholders must enroll in this perk to take advantage.
