Miles Ahead: The Canadian Points Podcast – Now Available!

On our recent team retreat at the W Seattle, we were discussing what is coming next for Frugal Flyer. Many members of the Frugal Flyer team follow popular miles and points podcasts in the United States, and we noticed that there is a gap in Canada when it comes to podcasts.

As of today, we have launched Miles Ahead: The Canadian Points Podcast and the first episode is now available for listening.

Miles Ahead: The Canadian Points Podcast

Miles Ahead is the place to learn how to save on travel, take more vacations, and experience luxury flights and hotels for a fraction of the cost. It’s a place where we share our unfiltered strategies and behind-the-scenes info about miles and points.

We plan to share everything from beginner to advanced topics, news and updates in the miles and points landscape, trip experiences, trips for booking and redeeming award flights, and much more. Perhaps even the odd manufactured spending secret will be shared 😉.

Listen to our trailer to learn what the podcast is all about:

New episodes of the Miles Ahead podcast will be posted as they are ready. We will always post them on a Friday and there will be a minimum of one episode per month. We recognize that things change quickly in the world of miles and points, so some months may have more than one episode if we have more information we want to share.

You can check out more details and access our first episode on the Miles Ahead podcast page. There, you can also find links to Miles Ahead available on most of the major podcast platforms like Spotify, Apple, Google, and more. You can also listen using our own web player on the individual episode pages.

If you are interested in being notified via email as each new episode is released, you can subscribe on the podcast page or using the form below:

Subscribers will also be sent the detailed show notes along with each new episode.

Hear More From the Frugal Flyer Team

While we love being able to share our thoughts through our 3x per week articles, we simply can’t cover everything we love about miles and points through our weekly articles. The podcast is a great opportunity to hear more from the entire Frugal Flyer team and their thoughts on the world of miles and points, plus noteworthy news and a few other topics.

You can expect to hear from Reed, Josh, and a different group of contributors every episode as we work around all of our travel schedules.

Get Your Miles & Points Questions Answered

Conclusion

We are excited to launch the Miles Ahead podcast as another way to further connect with the miles and points community and to share our thoughts in a less formal format than the blog. We would love to hear any feedback you have on the podcast or ideas for topics you would like us to cover, so feel free to leave a comment below!
