A minimum of 10,000 Avion points must be transferred to Avios at a time, but increments as low as 1 point can be transferred after 10,000. 

Note that the calculation of points that you will receive when processing the transfer on RBC’s website does not include the transfer bonus amount, but you will receive it in your British Airways Executive Club account as long as you initiate the transfer during the promotional period.

Once you submit the transfer request, you can expect to see the Avios points with the bonus in your British Airways Executive Club within four weeks. However, it is usually much quicker than their provided timelines.
